Selecting a system
The polyurea range includes different chemistries and application methods. Some systems require specialist heated spray equipment; others are formulated for cold application. Pure and hybrid polyurea products are not interchangeable, and their suitability must be confirmed for the intended substrate and exposure.
Preparation and application
Surface preparation, the correct primer and control of application conditions are essential. Layer thickness, curing, UV exposure and any required topcoat depend on the selected product. We review these requirements before discussing the application schedule and equipment.
