Selecting a system
The system depends on whether waterproofing remains exposed or sits beneath a finishing layer. Liquid polyurethane, compatible cementitious materials and other membranes have different application requirements. Transparent waterproofing is suitable only for the substrates and conditions specified by its manufacturer.
Preparation and application
We assess slopes, drains, tile adhesion where relevant, movement joints and connections to walls or doors. Repair and detail treatment are planned before the main waterproofing layer. The final covering must remain compatible with the chosen membrane and anticipated foot traffic.
